When viewing the pages throughout www.shoehq.co.uk, and subsequently purchasing an item, you are agreeing to all the terms set out below. If you disagree with anything, then you must not attempt to make a purchase, and must leave the website.
All our items are described to the best of our ability.
We reserve the right to change terms, service costs and prices at any time, so please check information before each purchase.
Payments
-------------
We accept payments via personal cheque, postal order and securely via paypal using your debit/credit card or paypal account. We offer Google checkout too.
Pay during checkout, or request an invoice.
You can also pay via bank transfer.
Overseas customers must use paypal only.
Please allow at least 7 working days for a personal cheque to clear, and note that items will not be posted until payment clears.
Shipping
------------
UK - 1st Class and Recorded/Royal Mail. Proof of posting is retained.
Your item should reach you within 1-3 working days
OVERSEAS - Royal Mail Airmail Signed For.
Proof of posting is retained.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
FREE postage is available for customer residing in the UK and EU when £45 or more is spent.
We will ship to most countries over the world. Just email us for prices if you are unsure. We may insist on using tracked post overseas.
Lost/late items
--------------------
If after 7 days your item has not arrived, and you did not receive a 'while you were out card' from the postman, please call your local postal depot in the first instance. If the item hasnt arrived by 15 days (25 days for overseas items) please let us know, and we will make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. They do not refund postage, and your refund will be the full item price.
If you made no effort to collect your item, and it comes back to us, you have 2 choices.
1. Send payment to cover postage charges for re-delivery within 7 days, or
2. Request a refund of the full item price. Postage costs are not refunded.
If payment is not received for re-delivery, you will automatically be refunded the item value.
Ordering

All customers will be notified of the order status from placement of order, to dispatch.
On arrival, try on footwear on a soft, non marking surface.

Faulty Items
----------------
NB All footwear is checked by staff prior to packing.
If any imperfections were to be found, it would be mentioned ONLY if the item is the last in stock. We can then offer a substantial discount should the item still be required.
In the event of the footwear being damaged or faulty or not what you ordered, we will refund you in full, including return postage costs.
NB. If you want an exchange for the faulty/wrong order, postage for redelivery is covered by us, the seller.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
You can exchange for a new size in the same style only, subject to availability.
As with usual returns, we will not accept items that have been soiled, or that smell of smoke or perfume.
Once your item is received, we will invoice you for P&P, and process the order. Any costs to return the original item are the customers responsibility.

Ensure you get a certificate of posting from your post office, and preferably, use recorded delivery.
We are not obliged to refund your return postage costs.
** If we find any item has been misused, soiled, worn outside, or otherwise damaged, it will be returned to you at your own cost. The appearance of a heel broken off by force, and one that has come off during wear appears quite different! Please read any info given related to the shoe purchased, and its care.
Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
When ordering from this online website, www.shoeHQ.co.uk, you are allowing us to collect

- telephone number
- email
We will use only use this information to process your order.
We will only contact you if we have a problems with your order, or on the odd occasion we may send you offers or request feedback. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your express consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you at any time, by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend it quickly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely, and will not be shared or given to any third party.

Distance Selling Regulations
We comply with the distance selling regulations.
This means you have a 7 day cooling off period which starts the day after you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to email or write to us to let us know, and send back the item we sent you at your own cost, in the same new condition, complete with all packaging for a full refund. Please note, We are not obliged to return any costs incurred relating to you returning the footwear to us. This is at your own cost.
Follow the usual returns procedure on the FAQ page.
Failure to return within the 7 days period simply means you will be refunded the full item price, and none of the P&P you paid at checkout.
Again, if the item is not returned within ShoeHQ's 14 day return period, your refund will be for the item value only, less the 15% restocking charge.
