How do I make an order?
It's really easy to order from the website. Simply choose your item, click add to basket, then go to checkout (link located at the top of the page). Pop in your discount code if you have one, and proceed to pay!
!! If you want to order more than one pair of the same shoe and size, please email us first, so we can check stock levels, and advise. We are a small independant retailer, not a wholesaler, so we do not hold vast amounts of sizes per style.
How do I pay?
We accept a number of payment methods.
- You can pay via your paypal account. (Even if you don't hold a paypal account, you can still pay using your credit or debit card.) Pay at checkout, or order your items, and leave a note for us to invoice you via paypal.
- Google checkout is also available.
- You can send us a cheque or postal order. Please make them payable to 'Sadie Cornish' and send to:ShoeHQ, 465 Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 4EP, UK.
- We will be able to accept bank transfers by the middle of march 2010, and internet payments via HSBC will follow shortly after.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery charges are based on weight, as well as style of shoe. Please see the chart below for details. We try and keep our postage costs as low as possble.
You will qualify for free delivery if you spend over £45.

When will my order arrive?
In the UK, you should receive your new footwear in around 1-3 days. Royal mail 1st class recorded is used in most cases. (If you pay by cheque, allow up to 10 days for delivery.)
Overseas customers can expect their goods within 10-14 days, but this may be longer. Royal mail airmail is used.
How do I return items?
1. Send an email to sales@shoehq.co.uk putting your order No. and 'RETURN REQUEST' in the subject line, so we know we are expecting your return.
2. Fill out the returns form that was included in your parcel, and re-pack the footwear unworn, and unmarked with all original packing within 14 days. Please re-use the mail bag, by turning it inside out.
3. Take them to the post office, and send back (preferably by recorded delivery), and request proof of posting. You will be credited within 7 days (Longer if you paid with a cheque) via the method which you used to pay for your order.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will refund initial postage costs as long as the order is cancelled/returned with 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, only the full item value is refunded.
If you do not re-send within 14 days of receipt, not only is the postage charge not refunded, you will incur restocking and admin fee's; usually 15%.
In either case, all costs involved in returning an item is the customers responsibility, and can not be refunded.
NB. If you receive the wrong item, or a damaged/faulty item all cost are refunded.

Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange for anything else in stock if you no longer want the same style - subject to availability.
Before you return your item, you must email us stating your order number, and details of what you'd like to exchange with, so you can include payment for any difference in price, as well as £1 to cover the admin/restocking fees incurred (see below).
Make any cheques payable to 'Sadie Cornish', or we can invoice you via paypal.
If any difference is owed by us, we will refund within 7 days (longer if cheque payment).
We will not charge you again for postage. Your exchange will be sent using 2nd class recorded delivery.
Can I give an alternative delivery address?
Yes. If you prefer the item sent to another address, or your item is a gift, simply proceed with your order, then use the contact form, phone or email us with the alternative details.
NB. Your alternative address must the the same country you paid for. ie, if you paid using your billing address in the UK, we will not then send to another address outside of the UK etc.
